Here’s how you buy one of our homes.

1. We have homes come up approximately once a month.

2. Pick one we have available, and drive by the house. We also have photos available.

3. Contact Julian, or one of his team! We are just people, we’ll help you.

4. If you decide to purchase a home, everyone qualifies. No credit check, no background check, all that is required for purchase is deciding on what fits your budget.

5. All of our homes are available for purchase on seller-financing, which means a small down payment, and low monthly payments. We accept cash, debit, and credit.

6. Sign the agreement, and you own your home!
